摘要:宁夏水网具有流量变化级差大、含沙量高、风期长、风速大等区域特点,流量在线设备安装平台方面缺乏系统性的研究与实践。针对宁夏区域水网特点和流域特性,分析各类非接触式流量自动在线监测设备安装现状及建设需求,提出安装平台设计思路,重点研究不同断面跨度、环境影响条件下的河(沟、渠)非接触式雷达波流量自动在线设备安装平台设计,并在4处天然河流、17处引黄灌区取水干渠和排水沟道水文监测断面开展安装方式的研究与实践,解决多种设备类型、不同跨度监测断面非接触式雷达波流量自动在线监测设备安装问题,提升流量自动在线监测设备安装可靠性、稳定性和监测精度,在宁夏及西北相似地区水文水资源监测领域具有一定的推广应用价值。

Abstract:Ningxia water network is characterized by large discharge difference, high sediment concentration, long wind period and high wind speed. And it is a lack of systematic research and practice in the installation platform of online flow equipment. According to the characteristics of Ningxia water network and watershed, the installation status and construction requirements of various kinds of non-contact flow automatic online monitoring equipment are analyzed, and the design ideas of installation platform are put forward. This paper focuses on the design of on-line installation platform for non-contact radar wave flow equipment in rivers (ditches and canals) under different cross-section spans and environmental conditions. Research and practice of the installation method are carried out in the hydrological monitoring sections of 4 natural rivers, 17 main water intake channels and drainage channels in the Yellow River diversion irrigation area, to solve the installation problem of automatic flow on-line monitoring equipment of non-contact radar with various equipment types and different span monitoring sections, and to improve the installation reliability, stability and monitoring accuracy of automatic flow on-line monitoring equipment. The research has a certain popularization and application value in the field of hydrological and water resources monitoring in Ningxia and similar areas in northwest China.
