  摘 要:针对水利图集编制方法的研究不足,水利制图对地理信息整合利用水平不高等问题,运用数字制图和数据库管理等技术,探索信息数据的地图化开发利用方式,设计水利图集的编制方案,促进水利制图在信息化建设中的深度融合。分析水利图集的功能需求,设计编目分组结构和主题内容,基于水利地理信息平台组织地图数据,建设底图库,进行主题表达设计和要素遴选,制定水利制图综合的规则,并以新版《江苏省水利地图集》为例说明具体做法。研究形成从原始数据到图集成品的全过程编制技术方案,将生产建设中形成的地理数据成果有效转化为地图服务,挖掘并发挥信息资源的再利用价值。

  Study and practice of water conservancy atlas compilation scheme

  Abstract: In view of problems of lacking research of water conservancy mapping method, as well as low level of geographical information integration and utilization of water conservancy mapping, the paper applies digital mapping and database management technology to explore the mapping development and utilization of information data, and designs the water conservancy atlas compilation scheme to promote the deep integration of water conservancy mapping in information construction. By analyzing the functional needs of water conservancy atlas, designing catalog grouping structure and theme content, map data is organized based on water conservancy geographic information platform, the base database is constructed, the theme expression is design, the element is selected, and the comprehensive rules of water conservancy mapping is formulated. The paper illustrates the current practice of the "Jiangsu Province Water Resources Atlas". It forms the technical plan of the whole process from original data to finished atlas product, and transforms the geographic data results formed in production and construction into map services, and utilizes the reuse value of information resources.
