  摘 要:ADCP目前已在我国水利行业广泛使用,但仪器的检测校准一直没能实现,主要原因是静水槽的水体长期静置,水体中的悬浮颗粒很少,使得ADCP在水槽环境中缺乏有效的水中反射物,造成对仪器测速性能的检测难以实现。从分析ADCP工作原理和功能模块入手,研究如何解决在静水槽环境下实现ADCP检测的难点,提出通过在水槽水体中增加纳米气泡从而提高对仪器超声波信号的反射能力这一关键技术,以东部某水槽为例,提出纳米气泡发生系统的具体布设方法,并进行实测验证。通过实际测试验证和对测试结果数据的分析,证明此方法可以实现ADCP的静水槽检测,也为我国大量ADCP的可靠使用和数据的合理性合法性检验提供路径。

  Abstract: ADCP has been widely used in water conservancy industry in China, but the inspection and calibration of the instrument has not been realized. The main reason is that water body in the still water tank is static for a long time and there are few suspended particles in the water body, which makes ADCP lack of effective water reflectors in the water tank, resulting in the difficulty of detecting the speed measurement performance of the instrument. From analyzing working principle and functional modules of ADCP, this paper studies how to solve the difficulty of ADCP inspection in the still water tank and puts forward the key technology of increasing the reflection ability of the instrument ultrasonic signal by adding nano bubbles in the water tank. Taking a water tank in the east as an example, this paper puts forward the specific layout method of nano bubble generation system and verify it by actual measurement. After the actual test verification and the analysis of test result data, it is proved that this method realize the static water tank inspection of ADCP and provide a path for the reliable use of large numbers of ADCP, the rationality and legitimacy inspection of data in China.
