  摘  要:为改善宁波市河网水环境,基于现有的工程措施,从智能化非工程措施角度,探究平原河网水资源智能化调度的可行方案。根据宁波市中心城区平原河网基本特点及闸泵工程分布情况,分析宁波市近些年在水资源智能化管理调度方面的建设情况及存在问题,以满足河流生态需水量为前提,从监测、模拟、调度方案的形成及调度执行4个层面,提出推进河网水资源智能化调度的思路及实现途径,并对每一个层面的实际可行性进行分析。通过建立宁波市中心城区河网水质水量联合调度模型,结合重要水功能区与河湖断面的水质实时监测数据,对河道水体进行纳污容量分析,并使用水质模型结合调度方案模拟水污染演化进程、影响范围、持续时间,为河流水量调配提供决策支持,为类似区域的水质改善提供借鉴。

Thinking and exploration of advancing intelligent water resources dispatching of river network in Ningbo City

  Abstract:In order to improve the water environment of Ningbo river network, this paper explores the feasible scheme of intelligent water resources dispatching of plain river network from the perspective of intelligent non-engineering measures, based on the existing engineering measures. According to the basic characteristics of the plain river network and the distribution of sluice and pump projects in the central urban area of Ningbo, this paper analyzes the construction situation and existing problems of intelligent water resources management and dispatching in Ningbo in recent years. On the premise of meeting the ecological water demand of rivers, this paper puts forward the ideas and implementation methods for promoting the intelligent water resources dispatching of river network from four aspects: monitoring, simulation, formation of dispatching scheme and dispatching execution. The practical feasibility of each level is also analyzed. Through the establishment of the joint dispatching model of water quality and quantity of river network in the central urban area of Ningbo, combined with the real-time monitoring data of water quality of important water function areas and river cross sections, this paper analyzes the water pollution capacity of river water bodies, and uses the water quality model combined with the operation scheme to simulate the water pollution evolution process, influence range and duration, so as to provide decision support for the allocation of river water quantity and provide reference for the improvement of water quality in similar areas.
