时差法超声波流量计在大型渠道的应用分析

  摘  要:南水北调中线调水主干渠陶岔出水口流量监测数据是丹江口水库水资源跨流域调度水量监测的重要依据,为提高陶岔出水口流量监测精度,陶岔主干渠安装Quantum时差法超声波流量实时监测系统。以Quantum时差法超声波流量实时监测系统为例,介绍时差法超声波流量计在大型渠道中应用的工作原理、安装方式、流量计算方法,并与转子式流速仪法、走航式ADCP法同步流量测验进行比测分析。比测结果表明:Quantum时差法超声波流量实时监测系统测得流量精度满足GB 50179精度满足计《河流流量测验规范》中的相关要求,作为新型流量测验装备,具备自动化和信息化优势,可实现流量远程连续监测,提高水文监测效率,提升水文监测能力。

Application analysis of time difference ultrasonic flowmeter in large canal

  Abstract: Flow monitoring data of the Taocha water outlet, which is the main diversion canal of the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project, is an important basis for water quantity monitoring of water cross-basin dispatch of Danjiangkou Reservoir water resources. In order to improve the accuracy of Taocha water outlet flow monitoring, Taocha main channel is equipped with a Quantum time difference ultrasonic flow monitoring system. Taking the Quantum time difference ultrasonic flow monitoring system as an example, this dissertation introduces working principle, installation method and flow calculation method of time difference ultrasonic flowmeter applied in large channels, compares and analyzes the synchronous flow measurement between rotor current meter method and vessel-mounted ADCP. The comparison results show that: flow accuracy measured by Quantum time difference ultrasonic real-time flow monitoring system meets the relevant requirements of GB 50179-2015 “River Flow Measurement Specification”. As a new type of flow measurement equipment, it has the advantages of automatization and informatization, which can realize remote continuous flow monitoring, improve the efficiency of hydrological monitoring and enhance the ability of hydrological monitoring.
