一体化综合管控技术在茨淮新河灌区的建设研究

摘要:针对茨淮新河灌区信息化涉及多个专业、监控类型及对象多等问题,设计具有多元物联测控和低功耗的一体化综合管控硬件平台,研制智能装置与产品,实现灌区水情、闸泵站等多业务的综合监控,并建立集全面感知、精准配水、协同管控于一体的灌区一体化综合管控软件平台。

  摘  要:针对茨淮新河灌区信息化涉及多个专业、监控类型及对象多等问题,设计具有多元物联测控和低功耗的一体化综合管控硬件平台,研制智能装置与产品,实现灌区水情、闸泵站等多业务的综合监控,并建立集全面感知、精准配水、协同管控于一体的灌区一体化综合管控软件平台。在茨淮新河灌区通过一体化综合管控硬件和软件平台的应用,构建一个以灌区工程核心业务为需求的、通用的、规范的、适应未来发展的灌区信息化综合管控系统,覆盖水量监测、视频监视、调度控制、生产运行等全业务,解决传统灌区自动化系统技术差异大、资源共享困难、业务协同性差及运行管理效率低等问题,提高灌区水资源高效利用和管理水平,形成农业水资源可持续利用新型模式。

Research on construction of integrated and comprehensive control technology in Cihuai Xinhe irrigation area

  Abstract: With regard to multiple specialties, monitoring types and objects in Cihuai Xinhe irrigation area, the integrated and comprehensive hardware platform is designed with multiple IOT measurement and control, and low power consumption. Smart devices and products are also developed, realizing multi-business comprehensive monitoring of irrigation area water regime, sluice pumping station, etc., and establishing an irrigation-area integrated and comprehensive management and control software platform that integrates overall perception, accurate water distribution, and coordinated management and control. Through the application of integrated and comprehensive control hardware and software platform in Cihuai Xinhe River irrigation area, an irrigation-area informationized comprehensive control system is built, which is with the core business of the irrigation area project as the demand, commonly, normative, future development adapted. The system covers the whole business of water quantity monitoring, video monitoring, scheduling and control, and production and operation, etc. It solves the problems of traditional automation system in irrigation area, such as big difference between technologies, difficulty in resource sharing, poor coordination of business and low efficiency of operation and management, improves the efficient utilization and management level of water resources in irrigation area, and forms a new model of sustainable utilization of agricultural water resources.
