  摘要:近年来,随着智能图像识别技术的发展,该项技术逐步被应用到水位识别监测中,但该技术在实际中的推广应用不多。提出较为详尽的智能图像水位识别系统解决方案,利用计算机图像处理识别技术和深度学习模型,依托海量的、高质量的水位训练数据,实现水位自动识别、阈值设置、智能告警、智能分析及远程监控等功能服务,该系统可覆盖多种水位监测场景、实现控制中心远程全监管、现场零操作。在小龙潭水文站对遥测水位数据与智能图像水位识别系统数据进行比测分析,说明系统水位识别数据的准确性及可用性。此外,智能图像水位识别结果具有较好的直观性、可验证性以及分析过程可回溯性,为水雨情信息监控、洪水灾害防治及决策提供数据支撑,随着技术的发展和成熟也可以应用到更多的场景之中,具有较大的推广空间和价值。

Solution and application of intelligent image water level recognition

  Abstract:In recent years, with the development of intelligent image recognition technology,the technology is gradually applied in water level recognition and monitoring, but the technology is not widely used in practice. Using computer image processing and recognition technology and deep learning model, this paper presents a detailed solution of intelligent image water level recognition system, and realizes the functions of automatic water level identification, threshold setting, intelligent alarming, intelligent analysis and remote monitoring, relying on massive and high-quality water level training data. The system can cover a variety of water level monitoring scenarios, and realize remote complete supervision of the center and zero on-site operation. The system uses the Xiaolongtan Hydrological Station to carry out the comparison and analysis of remote water level data and intelligent image water level recognition system data, which shows the good accuracy and availability of the system water level recognition data. In addition, the results of water level identification are intuitive, verifiable and traceable, which can provide data support for water and rain regime information monitoring, flood disaster prevention and decision-making. With the development and maturity of the technology, it can also be applied in more scenarios, which has great promotion space and value.
