  摘 要:结合天地网一体的水环境监测信息/数据的采集汇聚与整合利用的应用需求,提出一种天地网一体的水环境立体监测信息采集汇聚、关联与整合利用的总体设计方案,并对多源监测信息云端化汇聚对接、海量异构数据的规范化描述和统一访问、多星遥感数据同化与定量反演、多尺度-异步时空基准下匹配复合、监测数据融合与重构、水环境要素动态关联知识库构建、多时空特征组合关联模式发现、大数据驱动的敏感信息捕捉与综合关联智能分析技术等分析和讨论。所提出的关于天地网一体化水环境监测数据整合的系统级解决方案,支撑提升系统精细化监测能力,为水利和环境领域业务应用提供空间对应、时间连续的高质量基础和决策数据,对敏感信息的捕捉和全景式综合关联的智能分析。

  Key technologies of space-earth network integrated water environment monitoring data integration

  Abstract: Combining the application requirements of the space-earth network integrated water environment monitoring information/data collection, convergence and integrated utilization, this paper proposes an overall design scheme of water environment monitoring information collection, convergence, correlation and integrated utilization of the space-earth network integrated three-dimensional water environment monitoring information. Meanwhile, the technologies of multi-source monitoring information cloud convergence and docking, standardized deion and unified access of massive heterogeneous data, multi-satellite remote sensing data assimilation and quantitative retrieval, multi-scale-asynchronous temporal and spatial reference matching compound, monitoring data fusion and reconstruction, construction of dynamic relational knowledge base of water environment elements, discovery of associative pattern of multiple spatiotemporal characteristics, big data-driven sensitive information capture and comprehensive correlation intelligent analysis are analyzed and discussed. The system-level solutions proposed for the space-earth network integrated water environment monitoring data collection, is benefit for supporting system refinement monitoring capabilities, is adapted to providing space corresponding, time continuous high quality basic data and decision-making data for the business application in water conservancy and environmental field, and is adapted to the capture of sensitive information and the intelligent analysis of panoramic comprehensive correlation.
