摘 要:为实现河道安全区域人员监控,根据智慧河道管控实际需求,需要实时跟踪判断警戒区域内运动目标越界等行为并进行预警。基于光电一体化技术设计智慧河道管控方法,提出采用光电数据融合进行运动目标检测,采用卡尔曼滤波算法进行目标轨迹跟踪预测,并在梧桐山河智慧河道管控系统中进行实践应用。实践应用表明,基于光电一体化技术的智慧河道管控方法可有效提高河道管控效率和人员监控精准度,对提升河道管理水平和效率具有重要意义。

Intelligent river management and control based on photoelectric integration technology

Abstract: In order to realize the monitoring of personnel in the river safety area, according to the actual demand of intelligent river management and control, it is necessary to track and judge the behaviour of moving target crossing the border in the warning area in real-time and give early warning. Based on the photoelectric integration technology, a method of intelligent river management and control is proposed. Photoelectric data fusion is used to detect moving objects. Kalman filtering algorithm is used to track and predict target trajectories, and it is applied in Wutongshan river intelligent watershed management and control system. Practical application shows that the intelligent river management and control method based on photoelectric integration technology can effectively improve the efficiency of river management and control and the accuracy of personnel monitoring, which is of great significance to improve the level and efficiency of river basin management.
