Discussion on construction and application of new meeting mode based on cloud-video conference platform

Abstract In order to satisfy the remote consultation, emergency command & dispatch, cooperative work and other demands of water conservation departmentthe paper establishes a new meeting mode of “cloud-video conference plus” based on the common commercial cloud-video conferencing software. Traditional multimedia conference center is integrated with platforms such as cloud-video conference room and video monitoring, realizing integrated display and audio video achievement file transmission of traditional multimedia conference center, cloud-video conference room, fixed(mobile) video monitoring system, UAVS, individual terminals and so on, by breaking through the underlying protocol and integrating various video resources. The application of new meeting mode of “cloud-video conference plus” in hydrological coordinated emergency monitoring shows that the new conference mode has the advantages of fast construction speed, comprehensive function, and safety and reliability. It can provide an efficient and reliable conference platform for real-time command & dispatch under large scale and multi scenarios, and can effectively improve the efficiency of all kinds of emergency response.
