摘要:湖北省水利信息化发展至今尚未形成一个系统、规范的综合应用管理平台,各种业务信息也散落在多个单体应用系统中,导致业务协同应用困难,影响了信息系统效益最大化发挥,一定程度上制约了新业务系统的快速建设和业务创新。从技术方案上研究一种基于业务中台的应用系统架构,把业务微服务化以便共性复用,同时利用门户思想,通过拖拽式配置、零代码或少代码的快速开发和部署新系统,让信息化系统研发人员可以更加关注于水利业务的创新。经过深入的调查和进一步研究,作为湖北省智慧水利基础平台的湖北省智慧江汉平台拟采用业务中台技术搭建综合业务应用管理平台,改变传统单独开发、独立运行的应用系统建设模式,实现资源共享、信息互通和业务协同。此平台的建设,将使湖北省水利信息化的业务应用系统建设进入一个快速的良性发展阶段。

Research on Hubei water conservancy mid-platform business about technology

Abstract: There hasn’t formed a systematic, standard comprehensive application platform in the Hubei water conservancy informatization development so far, and various kinds of information are still spreading in multiple single application systems, which leads to difficulties in the application of business coordination, affects the information system efficiency maximization, and restricts new business system rapid construction and innovation to a certain extent. In order to make information system researchers forcus on the innovation of water conservancy business, they can research on the application construction based on mid-platform business from technical projects to microserve the business for common use, and use drag configuration, zero code or less code to develop and arrange new system rapidly with the portal-based thought. After in-depth investigation and further research, as the basic platform of smart water conservancy in Hubei Province, “the smart Jianghan platform in Hubei Province” intends to use business mid-platform technology to build an integrated business application management platform, in order to change the traditional construction model of application system which is developed separately and operating independently, and to achieve resource sharing, information exchange and business collaboration. The construction of platform will make the construction ofHubei water conservancy informatization business application system into a rapid optimum developmental stage.
