摘要:语音在日常生活中承载着信息传递的重要功能,随着深度学习技术的发展,语音识别的准确率得到极大的提高,推动了语音识别技术走向实际应用。介绍语音识别技术的发展情况和基本原理,分析北京市河长制管理信息系统中巡查人员记录问题和社会公众投诉举报过程中的不便之处,提出利用语音识别技术构建北京市河长制智能语音交互系统。介绍该系统的总体架构,阐述智能语音交互技术在移动App和微信公众号中的应用设计,针对河长制具体应用场景提出相应的语音识别准确率提升方案。通过将智能语音识别技术应用到北京市河长制管理工作,提高各级河长和巡查人员工作效率,促进社会公众参与河湖治理,不断提升河长制工作精细化和科学化水平。

Application of intelligent speech recognition technology in river chief system in Beijing

Abstract: Speech plays an important role in information transmission in daily life,with the development of deep learning, the accuracy of speech recognition has been greatly improved, which has promoted the practical application of speech recognition.This paper introduces the development and basic principles of speech recognition technology, and analyzes the inconveniences in recording problems of inspectors and reporting problems by the public in the Information System of Beijing River Chief System Management, and proposes to construct the intelligent voice interaction system of the Beijing river chief system. This paper introduces the overall architecture of the system, and expounds the application design of intelligent voice interaction technology in mobile APP and WeChat official accountand the corresponding solution to improve the accuracy of speech recognition for specific application scenarios. By applying intelligent speech recognition technology for the management of river chief system in Beijing, it has improvedthe work efficiency of river chiefs and inspectors, has promoted the participation of the public in river and lake management, and improves level of the refinement and scientific in river chief system constantly.
