淠史杭灌区智能化量测控水与农业节水示范区建设构想------刘平义,南娜娜,王吉星 | ||||

刘平义1,2,南娜娜3,王吉星1,2 (1.水利部南京水利水文自动化研究所,江苏 南京 210012; 2. 水利部水文水资源监控工程技术研究中心,江苏 南京 210012; 3.安徽省淠史杭灌区管理总局,安徽 六安237005) 摘要:以智能化量测控水技术为手段,数据采集传输系统作支撑,构建智能化量测水监测计量、区域作物需水分析、灌溉决策支持、反馈闸门控制为一体的信息化测控系统,在淠史杭灌区花岗支渠渠系进行淠史杭现代化灌区农业节水示范区建设。结果表明,示范系统建设提高渠系农业灌溉水利用系数,降低区域农业灌溉用水总量,提高水资源利用效率,并提高粮食产量,农业节水示范区初步形成区域现代化灌区“雏形”。 关键词:淠史杭;现代化灌区;量测控水;节水;示范区 Construction concept of agricultural water-saving demonstration area of intelligent measuring and control water at Pishihang Irrigation Area LIU Pingyi1,2, NAN Nana3, WANG Jixing1,2 (1. Anhui Pishihang Irrigation Area Management Bureau, Luan 237005, China) Abstract: By means of intelligent measurement and control technology, and supported by data acquisition and transmission system, an information measuring and control system is constructed which integrates intelligent water monitoring and measurement, regional crop water demand analysis, irrigation area support and feedback gate control. The construction of Pishihang modern agricultural water-saving demonstration area is carried out in Huagang Branch Canal System of Pishihang irrigation area. The results show that: Demonstration system construction improves the utilization coefficient of canal irrigation water, reduces the total amount of agricultural irrigation water in the region, improves the efficiency of water resources utilization, and increases food production. Agricultural water-saving demonstration area preliminary forms "Rudiment" of regional modernization irrigation area.
